Ring of Kerry Cycle 2009

4th July 2009

The 26th Annual Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle took place on Saturday 4th July 2009.

Over 3,000 cyclists of all abilities will tackled the 112 mile route, making it Kerry’s largest fund raising event.

We were delighted that the Ring of Kerry Cycle nominated the Kerry Branch of the Irish Society for Autism as one of its chosen charities for 2009.

All those who participated on our behalf will not only be helping The Irish Society for Autism to continue to maintain and improve our current services for people with Autism but will also be helping us to  develop a new project based in Kerry. The project will provide 10 people with Autism an opportunity to live, work and participate in leisure and recreational activities in an ambience of unconditional respect and dignity.
